Just have a quick butchers at YouTube - plenty of russian in-car footage compilations to be seen.
I sent the links to a mate to mine who'd lived there for many years, and he said it was becoming standard practice - because of the large amount of 'faked' accidents that occur - like somebody running and jumping onto cars, then claiming 'you hit me'; as well as the abysmal standard of driving there.
He also says the language from the drivers is rather fruity at times!

Locally, many of the motorcyclists are now fitting GoPros to their helmets as 'proof' if ever they are involved in a smash, or near-miss.
There have been prosecutions where dangerous/reckless driving has been reported and video evidence supplied by motorcyclists/drivers.
