Beige/Cream vs Black Leather - movilogo
Cars of same age/mileage but one having beige/cream leather interior looks much better than one having black leather.

In case of black leather, it looks more tatty and old compred the cream/color.

Do you find the same or its just a psychological effect?

*IF* you can keep the cream/biege leather clean, yes it looks smart.

White is a bit pimpy tho.

I agree, the mushroom leather in the old Benz looks lovely especially with the walnut dash consol and door cappings to contrast.

but if that sadist Stu valets one for you he will clean half of the drivers seat first to show you just what a dirty pig sty of a car you drive..;)
TBH i didn't think it was that dirty but the after effect was an eye opener.

I like the interior of my cars to be as dark/dirt coloured as possible.

The C5 Tourer that took my eye and started me down the route towards getting one was a top spec with cream leather interior and it looked so good. I don't like cream cloth as that soon gets dirty but leather is so easy to clean it's no problem. In truth my all black cloth C5 shows every bit of fluff/dirt (kids!) as dirt is rarely black anyway. I have to vacuum it frequently so it doesn't look too uncared for.

Cream leather for me please.

If you don't clarify what you mean, it's not worth saying.

After 3 years the leather in my Peugeot looked as good as new when it went (cleaned and conditioned it with Gliptone).

The A3 I had briefly at the start of the ear had half leather. The black cloth looked terrible, always full of bits and fluff! It just looked really tatty and was a devil to clean. Very pleased to have full leather in the A5. Leather is a very child friendly covering. Wipe clean and it's as good as new!

You wouldn't have found anyone to take your bet, would you?

ok as you are so insistent.

I get the impression your are a miserable old git. Tight and stingy with it. Completely joyless. Victor Meldrews more extreme brother. It makes sense you would like the inside of your cars dark and dingy and miserable and like the inside of a coal mine.

I could be wrong of course ;)

I get the impression that your Ego, rather than your brain, always determines what you say.
