"Under Instruction from a Bailiff". It's just been siezed and is being sold in the easiest reasonable way by said bailiff.

Peacocks sell a fair amount of this sort of stuff. Often a car or three in their Saturday sales; often baliff-seized goods too.

Perfectly normal place to find it, therefore.
