Coming our way? Easy money so I think all fines will get an uplift to swell the coffers of local and central govt.

My last parking fine? St Andrews Sq Edinburgh in the 80's £6.00. On a meter but forgot.
I am sure £90 might concentrate your mind about abandoning your car "for 5 mins" on a yellow/double yellow.
