If by chance you come across this as you have searched for a solution to why your rear washer is not working:

A common problem is that the pipe splits at a join just behind the trim in the boot area. To fix this:

Take off retractable load cover
Underneath where it goes, on the driver's side of the boot, you will find a Torx screw, remove this.
On the same bit of trim but near the rear lights you will see another Torx screw, remove that as well.
The trim will then pull off relatively easily.
Under the trim you will find 2 black plugs which are holding the carpet trim on the side, pull then out and pull back the trim.
Behind this, close to where the seat belt is, you will see the washer tube, more than likely dangling with a black join on the end and another part dangling also.
Join the two of them together, its quite a snug fit.
Reverse the above process to put back together again.

Job complete, 15 mins max to a useless DIYer like me!

Fairly common problem on a lot of cars.
often caused by using the washers when the jet is frozen. the pressure forces any joining points apart.
On some cars can cause electrical issues as the water can cause shorts.

Thank you BobbyG !

Clear and useful instructions that allowed me to find the "broken" joint in the pipe. Saved my bacon. Thanks again!
