Hi all, currently debating what do with my lady bird of a car...

Mot is up

I drove into the back of ford transit at about 30-40 mp. Fixable crack in the bumper and a bent and cracked lower front crossmember.

Thinking its best to replace it?... looks welded or is it bolted further back?

Too right - kill it with fire then replace it with anything.
