my Honda had its service in dec 2013, it was a full service, just now I got a abs light warning, took it to the dealer and they said the abs modulator faulty, needing a new one, at a total cost of £1380 !!!!
The cost didn't bother me as my car is still under extended warranty so f.o.c for me, was veey lucky to have the foresight to extend the warranty, for another year, its warranty will expire jan 2015.
Funny though I had a 03 jazz before. a few months of ownership and the same fault appeared on, abs light on, and same symptoms, abs modulator needs replacing, question to the punters am I getting hit by lightning twice???
or is this abs problems on the jazz more common?
been thinking of replacing the car by the end of sept, maybe get a mk2 jazz or a civic
