Have you tried getting a 2nd opinion from another garage?

"dear friend-your i10 has a obd2 plug and it is situated next to bonnet lever below the fuse box.

A normal GLOBAL DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM monitor will be good to solve your problem".

How old is the car? If it's brand new (within the last few months) then consider rejecting it under the sale of goods act, formally in writing with reference to section 48 (google it). Four attempts to fix a dangerous problem is more than enough IMO.

If you've had the car more than a few months then try taking it elsewhere, as suggested above.

Have you contacted Hyundai customer service directly with this issue?

Good luck.

Unfortuantely the OP hasn't returned since asking his question. Same used to happen in the other place too. Seems the norm in quite a few forums. New member joins, asks a question, then either doesn't return to check for answers, or provide any feedback to whether what was suggested worked or not.
