A deserted retail park I get - I pulled into Decathlon car park in Walsall at 8pm on a Sunday to find 12 out of 14 cables cut off - but an illuminated, staffed forecourt? Probably a bit easier to nick than the traditional stuff alongside railway lines. Problem is they target an area overnight, leaving it bereft of charging facilites the next morning.
