Don't ignore it, since the Beavis case in the Supreme Court parking companies have been far more bullish about taking these cases to the County Court.
Use Parking Eye's review mechanism and if necessary appeal. They're part of the BPA which I think means the appeals are handled through POPLA which is professionally run by The Ombudsman Service.
Alternatively, if you just want to make it go away is there a reduced rate, often 50% off, if you settle it quickly?
