At one section of the M6 there was a driver in a an older Seat Ibiza that kept moving in to the right hand lane of 3. I passed him on lane 1 having not deviated from that lane but saw in my mirrors that he was getting flashed and would move over and then move straight back out again once folk had passed him/her.

The sort of behaviour that you really want to be able to pull them over and ask WTF are they up to!
