My lane discipline is usually very good and the EV is happiest at 65 so that's where the speed stays and lane 1 is where the car stays, unless I'm overtaking something slower in lane 1. If someone is bimbling along under 65 in an outer lane I usually just carry on in lane 1. Once in a while people get the message, once in a while I get flashed, I suspect most of the time they are oblivious :-)
