Anyone else had their points stolen? It's happened to me, to one of my daughters too, and seems to be widespread. After a bit of aggro, you get them back with a small bonus, apologising for the inconvenience. It's been going on for quite a while. Sainsbury/Nectar very tight-lipped about it.
