I've just had a parking fine in a retail outlet park. 11 minutes over the two hour period. It is from a mob called Parking eye. £100.00
A. Does it have to be paid? If so see below.
B. I am currently awaiting what may be quite a big operation to correct a pharyngeal pouch (throat) where I keep having choking fits, and although the likelihood of actually choking is reasonably small, it stops me from basically doing anything due to constant coughing and throat clearing, not to mention eyes streaming. Would this stand up as any form of defence? Thoughts?
